Session Sequencing - Get the sessions to have a flow from beginning to end, ideally with accountability

This is tough because the AI doesn't have a sense of time. I wouldn't want it to interrupt and tell me it's time to end the conversation. I think accountability would work best as it comes up. For instance, we talk about action steps, it asks what I'm ready to agree to, asks when I plan to act, and requests updates on my progress in the future. Perhaps memory can help with that? And IX Notify?

Krista Giannak Yes - perfect feedback Krista.
This is exactly how we are training it for accountability, and that training is already live, so currently it should detect opportunities for accountability.
one of the gaps still is that we need to train our own model for the ai analysis step, which we are working on at the moment, and the result of it not being done yet is that the ai can kind of get a bit too convinced about a direction its taking without being super adaptive, because its only re evaluating its approach in a robust way every 5 replies or so right now.
Im pretty sure hitting the regenerate button does reset that and cause a re evaluation, so if it ever feels stuck in a loop, just hit that button to break it out of it, or tell it directly you want options, or a different approach.
Those will also snap it out of it.

Requesting updates in the future has been a challenge for a long time and integrating it with the memory feature is a perfect idea, we will do that.
Also, IX Notify is designed to do that, but its offline for maintenance at the moment, and the idea of explicitly training it on accountability is actually a really good one, I will account for that as we upgrade it. My team is currently working on improving IX Notify in some specific ways
- Getting it access to the same training as the rest of the system ( that will train it in accountability checkins )
- Getting it understanding of where a client is at in their relationship ( newer, been with us a while, on a specific plan, etc )
- And access to memory, which we are building
More soon!

Krista Giannak Right now, notify has access to some session memory, specifically the session visions, but it was consistently prioritizing the same vision when reaching out to me, regardless of our training it already to diversify its email approaches, that just needs more testing and refinement.

Krista Giannak Also right now most of our creative energy is going into rapidly training the AI coach based on your feedback in just how it handles coaching, and getting it to mastery. It has come a long, long way in the last 2 weeks, this is the fastest training cycle we have ever accomplished... almost any capacity you wish it had we can train into it so just let us know anything you wish was different in how it coaches!

Finally, we built custom ai training interfaces which are kind of epic to use, I can generate 4 different replies instead of one, then choose my fav and continue ... and I am now looking seriously at releasing this for your use as well... would that be valuable to you?

Krista Giannak
That sounds exciting! I'm looking forward to trying it out.

Jonathan, seeing multiple replies at once sounds great when training a coach . I can't really envision using it during the average coaching session though. Regenerating the response or offering feedback feels more practical.

Krista Giannak: This is great feedback, thank you!
Based on your feedback, I updated the plan for the public release.
We will still offer the versions control since I know I would want that, but I reduced it from 4x message to 2x.
And I made sure that "regenerate with feedback" was in the plan, so it matches what your describing here in your feedback.
Thank you!!

Jonathan haber I have an idea for the accountability training. I'm not sure how practical this idea would be or how likely it would be to create a different set of issues. It just came to me reading this conversation. I see a paperclip here......I'm gonna try sending it via voice memo.
