Great news, I personally rebuilt 2 years of programming that my team did, systematically tested and perfected everything about logging in and registering. Its rock solid, and you should have no problems with anything related to logging in or registering going forward.
Super pleased to share that!! Sorry for anyone impacted by the bugs we had before during login or register.

We understand opening IX Coach smoothly is crucial. We're actively working on improvements, but we need to pinpoint exactly what's making access difficult.
1 Forgetting my password
We know that if you set your password or sign up using email and password on go.ixcoach.com/login - your password manager saves your password there.
And then if you try to login at ixcoach.com you wont have the saved password.
Thats an issue we are currently working on, its complicated, because we did not accurately measure where you signed up. Its in progress.
2 Sign Me In Longer
I have also noted that I wish it left me signed in longer, its like 7 days or so but sometimes feels shorter. Do you have this experience?
Do you ever feel its a pain to get signed in? At what point does it give you a hard time?
Right now what we are planning
- A centralized login page that eliminates problem 1
- A "remember me" that saves your logged in state for 30 days
Workarounds to these issues:
- Use google authentication. Works for any email and solves this completely.
The only problem with google auth is that when you click a link in facebook it opens into whats called a webview browser, in those you can sign in with google but the web view will not redirect you away from the sign in page. So we hide that option: it wont work.
Quick fix to that is to just open the app in chrome, works perfectly there, or another browser, all should be supported.
What are we missing? Anything else a pain about this?
